Overview
Google I/O is Google's flagship developer conference, bringing together engineers, product teams, and technology enthusiasts from around the world for talks, interactive learning with Google experts, and a first look at Google's latest developer products. Google I/O 2025 featured a hybrid of both video-on-demand and live components, including ~90 sessions and onsite demonstrations from developers showcasing their technologies.
As part of the core operations team for Google I/O 2025, I helped bring Google’s flagship developer conference to life—supporting thousands of in-person attendees and a global developer community tuning in via livestream.
Working alongside internal Google teams and agency partners, I managed cross-functional logistics, live session production, and real-time problem solving across a sprawling venue footprint. My role required tight coordination, adaptable systems, and calm leadership under pressure—all in service of creating a seamless, high-impact experience for developers, press, and partners around the world.
